Daniel, from the USA, is a highly disciplined Trader who was able to pass the $400K Challenge. We asked him a couple of questions to get to know him. Here’s what he had to say…

Fidelcrest: Tell us a little about yourself. Where you’re from and how you got started Trading?

Daniel: Well I am from the US. I have a finance background and held good paying jobs, but I have realized in order for me to become a source of blessings, I can’t rely on a 9 to 5. Hence, trading can provide me with as much as I desire. Since there is $5.3T being traded every day, my goal is to acquire a tiny percentage of that for my family, church and community.

Fidelcrest: How long have you been Trading? (Demo and Real Accounts.)

Daniel: I have been trading for about 3-4 years. Believe it or not I still trade on a demo even after I am able to consistently make money trading. Mastering trading in my opinion is iterative, it is never achieved only improved.

Fidelcrest: What is your overall experience working with Fidelcrest?

Daniel: Fidelcrest is great. But, I would highly caution anyone intending to work with Fidelcrest to fully understand the terms/rules of the engagement and to develop a systematic method even before signing up. Fidelcrest has personally helped me to become more disciplined due to the margin rule, SL requirement and news trading avoidance parameter.

Fidelcrest: What Instruments do you Trade?

Daniel: I don’t believe a successful trader needs to be an octopus-meaning trading every single pair there is out there. Personally, I focus on a few pairs and attack. In doing so, you become familiar with those pairs that you can decipher which direction they are going.

Fidelcrest: What Broker did you choose to Trade your Challenge?

Daniel: Tradeview

Fidelcrest: How long do you typically hold your trades open for?

Daniel: I don’t have a specific time. The market owes me nothing, I take profit when given profit.

Fidelcrest: Any tips or advice you would like to share with the Fidelcrest Trading Community?

Daniel: Be consistent, study the rules and terms of use like the Bible.
